LESSON TWENTY-SIX

Ever see an animated turkey?  Well you're not only going to be seeing one you're going to be creating one for this lesson.  This is a two part lesson.  The first one is when you will create your turkey using Path Drawing Tools.  The second one is creating an animation with the turkey you created.  I've made some changes in this lesson from the tutorial.  You don't have to do an animated WCHS turkey as the tutorial says; however, you can  if you choose to do so.  But if you want an alternative lesson do this one.  Choose a theme for your turkey.  Lots of you like the dark, Gothic, bloody type artwork.  Because of this I will allow this type work if it does not going overboard.  What do I mean by overboard?  Tell me your idea and I'll say "yes or no".  Fair enough?

I want you to save your created turkey as a UFO.  Why?  Because once it is saved in this format you can move all of its parts.  Want to do an exploding turkey?  You'd need to be able to move every single part of the turkey first.  Find a suitable background or create one.  I've heard complaints about some of the animations not having been fun.  Well this one should be.  However if you ever become an actual graphic artist I assure you're definitely be working on projects that you won't find interesting.  But it's your job and you have to do what you are required to do.  So this is the alternative lesson to Lesson 26.  Hope you enjoy it and hope you do it fantastically.  Good luck.

Mr. Hewett
P.S. I did not do the two animations at the top of the post.  I found them online and decided to use them as examples.
