LESSON THIRTY-SIX

http://qrcode.kaywa.com/

Click on the link above in order to go to the Kaywa QR Code Generator website. A QR code is a quick response code created by the Japanese. They are now being used in all kinds of advertising.  You've probably seen some of them in magazines, on TV, on products themselves. To the left you will see a QR code that I have created.  If you happen to have a smart phone with a QR code reader on it as I do, you would be able to read what this says.  By the way it says,
"I hope everyone does well on this project."  So this is your assignment for today.  Go to the Kaywa website and familiar yourself with creating QR Codes. The more text you have in your code, the more difficult it is for the reader to read it.  I would keep the text short and simple.  Once you feel comfortable with creating the codes, then let's have some fun with  them.  Go online and find several photos that you want to add a funny caption to.  Create the text for your desired caption and then the QR Code.  Copy and paste this QR Code onto the photo.  You may want to add a border, spots of color if black and white, or even a caption bubble in which you'll paste the QR Code.  Need I even remind you to keep it clean?  I hope not.  Well good luck on your codes.  You will be seeing them again tomorrow on your final exam.
